Giveaway Terms

Gunny Speaks Out giveaways are promotional community activities for Gunny viewers and supporters. Unless a specific official rule states otherwise, no purchase, payment, donation, paid membership, merch purchase, or other consideration is required to enter or win. A free method of entry should remain available when a giveaway is active. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility may depend on the rules for the specific drawing. The free Giveaway For All may require YouTube subscription verification for the channel configured by Gunny Speaks Out, and the members-only giveaway may require a valid live-show entry action. A typed YouTube handle or channel URL by itself does not prove subscription. Entries may remain pending until verified through Google/YouTube OAuth, the giveaway system, or organizer review.

Entrants must provide accurate entry information. One entry per person is the default for the Giveaway For All unless Gunny posts a different entry limit. Duplicate emails, duplicate YouTube handles, automated submissions, fraudulent entries, abusive entries, spam, false identities, and entries that cannot be verified may be removed before the drawing. Unverified, duplicate, non-subscribed, or otherwise ineligible entries may be removed from the wheel before a spin.

Unless a specific giveaway says otherwise, winners must be present to win on YouTube Live or in real life when the drawing is held. Winners are selected from eligible entries available at the time of the drawing. The displayed result is subject to final verification. If a selected winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, fails to respond, cannot claim the prize within the stated time, cannot legally receive the prize, or declines the prize, Gunny Speaks Out may select an alternate winner.

Gunny Speaks Out may pause, cancel, modify, rerun, or reschedule a giveaway if technical issues, platform outages, audio/video problems, duplicate activity, fraud, eligibility problems, moderation issues, D1/database errors, internet outages, API limits, or other reasonable issues affect the drawing. Prize details may be changed or substituted with a similar item when reasonably necessary. Taxes, shipping restrictions, address accuracy, and legal eligibility requirements are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Substack, Google, Apple, and other social or technology platforms are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or partners of Gunny Speaks Out giveaways unless expressly stated in writing. By entering, participants release those platforms from responsibility related to the giveaway.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated as the website grows, especially if new features such as accounts, newsletters, uploads, payments, or paid memberships are added. Continued use of the website means visitors accept the current version of these terms.
